Great job on the simulation on Thursday!
You all came prepared to play your part, and boy did we make a lot of motions.
-Trey moved that FILA should have a hat day on April 20, 2017.
-The motion passed.
-Adam moved that all the Leadership Class members should wear togas at the Scholar Retreat as people arrive.
-The motion passed 5 to 3.
-Dean moved that FILAP scholars should be invited to the Spring Scholar Activity.
-The motion passed unanimously.
-Teacher Jennifer moved that we adopt the proposed schedule for the Thomas Jefferson Birthday Party.
-The motion passed unanimously.
-A discussion on the scholar lunch table has been tabled.
-Benjamin moved that class should move outside on nice weather days.
-The motion failed with 1 yes and 7 noes.
We got a lot done!!
When we get back from Spring Break we will listen to Dean's book presentation.
-In the meantime, work on your class requirements. Read Watership Down! And track your volunteer hours.
-Make sure you are as prepared as possible for the upcoming activities.

We only have two days to present. If you don't present, you don't get credit. Teacher Kellie and I are expecting great things. Make sure you answer all the questions on the assignment.
